bad product. bad service. they lie. overcharging on postage. stay away.

I ordered it in March. Was delivered 3 weeks later, after phone calls to cancel. They told me it had already gone out although it had not arrived and couldn't be canceled. They then told me my 30 days were over (not true) They are shady and untruthful. I am still waiting for my refund.

Company is Youthology eye serem. On the phone I spoke to someone named Barbara


They dig their heels in if you request a refund on their exaggerated shipping costs.

by the way the product really does not work -- not the least little bit.

Monetary Loss: $49.
